XLI Fulfillment is a self-operated fulfillment warehouse in Huissen, the Netherlands, offering one-to-one dispatch and same-day shipping for Bol.com, Amazon and TikTok Shop sellers. We are also an official Ampère drop-off point (Bol's delivery service). Here is our story.

From seller to warehouse: why I started XLI

I started out in e-commerce myself. When I went looking for a warehouse partner, I contacted many of them and found that some traditional large warehouses were hard to work with: a simple matter meant talking to different people and confirming back and forth, and it still dragged on without being resolved.

Later I met quite a few bol sellers and found they shared the same frustration: slow replies from the warehouse, and no timely handling when problems came up. Because I had been through it myself, I knew exactly how anxious sellers get, so I decided to do this myself.

Growing together with small sellers

We started small too and grew step by step, so we know how hard it is to start a business. Most of our first customers were small sellers, and we are glad to grow alongside them: starting from a few orders a day and getting bigger together.

What we have always stood by

Over time we have earned the trust and good word of mouth of many customers. Replying promptly, handling problems seriously and taking good care of the goods customers entrust to us — these are the things we have always stuck to.

I hope that when the warehouse grows bigger, we will still remember why we started and keep this original intention.
